Zarina is an experienced professional with over 15 years in program administration, institutional development and academic management across Central Eurasia. She has managed initiatives supporting governance, education and capacity-building in international development and civil society. In academia, she has contributed to program development, accreditation, and evaluation at institutions including the OSCE Academy, New Economic School and Higher School of Economics. Zarina holds a Master’s in International Affairs from the Diplomatic Academy under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.
