Mukaddam is a public policy analyst with a focus on governance, political and social developments in Central Asia. She holds a Master of Public Policy with honors from Nazarbayev University (NU), where she conducted policy research on domestic violence and public opinion in Kazakhstan using mixed-methods analysis. She has also worked as a research assistant on multiple projects at NU developing expertise in policy research, qualitative and quantitative analysis, and evidence-based policymaking. She has previously completed internships at various diplomatic and government agencies.
