Otabek Kurbanov is a seasoned leader with more than a decade of experience shaping Uzbekistan’s fintech and digital services landscape. He is the founder of Alphacon, the country’s first B2B marketplace focused on accelerating SME growth and digitalization. Before launching Alphacon, Otabek served as CCO for Uzum, driving commercial strategy and sales for the country’s largest digital ecosystem. His earlier roles include senior advisor at the domestic card payment system UZCARD, commercial director at a fintech services and e-payments upstart Click and various other leadership positions in the private sector. A graduate of Tashkent University of Oriental Studies, Otabek brings deep expertise in the local banking and fintech sector and in scaling digital financial solutions across fast-growing markets.
