Nazym Umirzakova
Nazym is an expert in international relations and public policy with extensive experience in both international organizations and government agencies. Her most recent work at the OSCE included writing analytical reports on security and managing the international observer delegation. Nazym also worked in Tokyo when she was serving at the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Her expertise contributed to the development of communications at the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, while her qualitative and quantitative research skills helped her analyze economic reforms during her time at the Kazakhstan Institute for Strategic Studies (KazISS). Nazym holds a Master's degree in International Public Policy from the University of Tsukuba.
