Mar is a former senior member of the Kyrgyz Government, he served in and later led Protocol function in Prime Minister’s office and Presidential Administration for 15 years. He was in charge of Kyrgyz representation at the summits of Commonwealth of Independent States, Shanghai Cooperation Organization, Collective Security Treaty Organization, other high level events home and abroad. Earlier he facilitated international relations at Jogorku Kenesh, the National Parliament and curated Eastern countries at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
