Ibrahim is a Policy Analyst specializing in the Turkic world and its relations with the EU and US, with a track record spanning research institutions across Europe and Azerbaijan. He is a doctoral student at the Ludovika University of Public Service and holds an MA in International Relations from Eötvös Loránd University (Hungary). He has led collaborative projects with the Hudson Institute, the Heritage Foundation, leading Turkic think tanks, and European research institutions. Prior to this, he held research positions at the Institute for Development and Diplomacy (IDD), the Caucasus Policy Analysis Center (CPAC), and the Caucasian Center for International Relations and Strategic Studies (QAFSAM) in Baku.
