Dastan Dogoev
Dastan is a former senior member of the Kyrgyz government. As a Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Development, he designed and led digital development, e-governance, IT, telecom, and cybersecurity initiatives. For his efforts, Dastan received the highest state award of the Kyrgyz Republic – the «Dank» Medal of Honor. His earlier roles include Chairman of the State Registration Agency, Digital Development Advisor to the President, and Chairman of the State Committee of IT and Communications.
