Daryn is a development and healthcare policy analyst with focus on advanced quantitative methods. He previously worked at the National Research Center for Health Development (NRCHD), where he provided policy recommendations on development of healthcare economics and financing to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan. During his undergraduate and graduate studies he participated in multiple research projects in political science at Nazarbayev University (NU), University of California San-Diego (UCSD), University of Warwick (UoW) and CoronaNet Project.
