Chynara is a senior public health professional with over 25 years of experience shaping healthcare policies, advising Ministries of Healthcare, WHO, USAID, Soros Foundation, UK’s DFID, Red Cross, and others in Central Asia. Lately, she’s been focusing on designing and managing USAID tuberculosis (TB) portfolio programming in the region. She played a pivotal role in donor-funded programs to improve national Health Systems, HIV/AIDS, Maternal and Child Health, Family Planning & Reproductive Health, and national COVID-19.
