Aruzhan is an economic policy analyst with experience bridging academia, public policy, and multilateral development. At the Kazakhstan's National Analytical Center (NAC), she has authored numerous high-level policy papers, advising government bodies and advancing applied evidence-based decision making. She previously worked at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), where she contributed to reform initiatives in water, transport, and energy sectors across Central Asia and Mongolia. A graduate of Harvard University’s Davis Center for Regional Studies, she combines multilateral experience and academic rigor to advance applied policy in areas such as energy transition, critical minerals, and sustainable sector governance.
