Aizhan is a seasoned leader in Kazakhstan’s oil and energy sector, with a career spanning more than two decades. She began at the Kazakhstan Petroleum Association at the formative stage of the industry and went on to play a key role in the growth of Italian energy major ENI, holding senior public affairs leadership positions in Kazakhstan and Russia. Her work included landmark projects such as Kashagan and Karachaganak. Throughout her career, Aizhan has received multiple state and industry awards for her contributions to the oil and gas sector. Today, she is a widely respected independent business expert and thought leader. Aizhan is a co-founder of the Business Advancement School, Head of the National Government Relations Experts Community Hub, Business Development Director at ESGQ Rating, and a sought-after lecturer at leading universities. She holds graduate degrees from Tara State University and the Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation.
