She advised multiple international clients at Aretera Public Affairs on political and regulatory developments in the region. Prior to that, she had various roles at international development institutions like UNHCR, UNDP, Open Society Foundation, American Councils, USAID and others. She has extensive experience in project management with a successful track record designing, administering, and implementing projects with tangible results. Aizat holds an MA in Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of St. Andrews, UK.
